This is of my favourite “fishy” recipes, when I’m in need of making something quick and tasty. You can have them for breakfast, lunch or dinner and can use pitta breads, bagels or baguettes as well for the base.

Ingredients tor 2 servings:
100g canned tuna
50g Greek yoghurt
40g grated cheese
20g mustard
Ground pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and spread on your preferred breads. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve with salad (yes, don’t forget those greens).
