This is the best chocolate mug cake I’ve ever tasted and is ready in under 5 minutes. What more can you ask for? Plus you won’t have the whole kitchen messy. Only one bowl, one plate and a spoon. Winner!


20g Chocolate whey protein powder

40g egg whites

40g unsweetened almond milk

10g of Coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

10g of Cocoa


15g peanut butter (I have used coconut peanut butter from Merridians)

40g Raspberries

40g of Strawberries

Mix the ingredients for the cake together in a bowl and microvawe for 1 and half minutes. Once done, pour the cake onto the plate, add peanut butter and fruits and enjoy! You’re allowed to lick the plate and fingers afterward! 😉
