If you fancy a fruity cake to your coffee or tea which is full of good nutritients, then this cake is your go to. This combination is insane and the macros are amazing too. Next time I might double the Greek yoghurt dosage for a thicker cake. Challenge?! Yep, but for now try this version. I shall report back with the improved one, once I try it.


Ingredients for 8 portions:

1 large egg

40g of whey protein (I have used New york chese cake flavour from Protein Dynamix)

170g of 0% Total Greek style yoghurt

200g Greek yoghurt

100g Summer Fruits (I have used frozen ones)


Mix the egg with protein powder and yoghurt and pour into baking tray. Warm the summer fruit up in microvawe with a little bit of water and swirl into the mass. Bake for 30 mins and once done leave in over for another 30 minutes. Let the cake cool and place into fridge for a few hours before serving.
