What do we need? 

5g of olive oil

40g diced onion

1 vegetable stock

100g red lentils

100g of carrots


Spices: cumin, salt, ground pepper and parsley


You know the score oil + onion + water and vegetable stock + carrots + lentils + spices. Cook for 20mins cca, blend and eat

PS: You can enhance the protein content with adding some low fat mozzarella or chargrilled chicken. Or just have a salad with some protein. Well because volume
