In February when we went to Bratislava, I tried a cake which was very delicious. I won’t lie, it was bugging me, and on Monday I was already busy in the kitchen and trying to make a similar one. My experiment was successful through and I’m very glad with the outcome. Feel free to add protein powder, but I thought I wouldn’t this time.


150g oats
1 medium egg
120g banana
150g Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
Stevia for sweetening

200g frozen summer fruits
50g walnut halves

Blend the banana with egg, add the oats and Greek yoghurt and sweeten with Stevia. Pour ¾ of the mass into baking tray. Place the frozen fruits on the top, add the walnut halves and spread the left over mass over it. Bake for 30 minutes.
