It’s nearly Christmas and I was experimenting with baking last weekend.
I will try and share some of the more successful recipes I created. All of them are really easy to prepare and you can probably find the ingredients at home.
Ingredients (makes 17 portions)
1 large egg
50g protein powder (I used vanilla flavoured one)
130g ground oats
¼ spoon of baking powder
Mix all the dry ingredients together, add the egg, quark milk and lastly mix in the raisins. Bake in the bund form for 20-30 minutes. You can top the cake with melted chocolate; I just sprinkled some Sukrin icing sugar on it.

Protein: 5.3g, Carbohydrate: 6.1g, Fat: 1.2g
