I looked in the cupboard and saw some peanut flour, so I decided to finally use it and come up with something new. I was really surprised with the outcome, as it tastes amazing. You can substitute the white hearts with something else if you want to. Perfect!

Ingredients for the base:

60g peanut flour
10g cocoa powder
1 medium egg
Enough water to make dough

100g 0% Greek Yoghurt (I have used the one from Total)
150g Greek yoghurt (full fat)
1 spoon of stevia
100g peanut butter
1 medium egg
Chocolate topping:
10g unsalted butter
23g Lindt dark chocolate
20g white chocolate hearts

Mix the peanut butter, cocoa powder, egg and water together and place on the bottom of the pie tray. Bake for 8 minutes. Between mix the yoghurts, egg, stevia and peanut butter together. I have used a blender. Pour onto the base and bake for 20minutes. Once cooled down melt the chocolate with butter. Pour on the cake and decorate with the chocolate hearts.
