I have been craving  cookies, so decided to make them. They’re perfect when you’re having a higher fat day. You can also add protein powder to boost protein intake (bare in mind, that macronutrients will change.)

This recipe makes 4 cookies.


80g almond flour

20g coconut flour

1 medium egg

10g zero calorie maple syrup

20g coconut oil


2g almond flakes

5g of 81% dark chocolate

Melt the coconut oil and mix in all the other ingredients. Form small balls, place them on baking paper and flatten down to a cookie shape. Bake for 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate, sprinkle on the cookies, add the flakes and enjoy.
