This recipe makes 9 squares of delicious, nutritious cake. Don’t throw those brown bananas away. They can be still useful.


270g banana
100g oats

1 large egg
200g egg whites

50g of peanut butter
100g  reduced sugar strawberry jam

Mash the banana with fork in a bowl, add egg whites, egg and oats and mix well. Pour into a silicone mould and bake for 20-35 minutes. Once done, spread peanut butter and jam on the top.
