Red lentil and carrot creamy soup

Now after my famous tomato soup this one will be my second favourite… well for now

What do we need? 

5g of olive oil

40g diced onion

1 vegetable stock

100g red lentils

100g of carrots


Spices: cumin, salt, ground pepper and parsley


You know the score oil + onion + water and vegetable stock + carrots + lentils + spices. Cook for 20mins cca, blend and eat

PS: You can enhance the protein content with adding some low fat mozzarella or chargrilled chicken. Or just have a salad with some protein. Well because volume
