Protein Waffles

I haven’t really had a waffle mania for a while, so I thought it’s time to correct this mistake. Let me introduce you to my yumiiiii waffles.

Ingredients for 3 waffles:

50g of spelt flour
20g of unflavoured whey protein
1 medium egg
50ml of semi skimmed milk
A few vanilla drops
¼ tsp of baking powder

Mix everything together and either bake in a waffle maker or in a silicone tray. Both work great for this recipe. Decorate with your favourite topping and enjoy!
