Peanut butter meringue

Well I couldn’t just have Reeses on its own, but my macro budget said that there wasn’t much left so I had to work with what was available.

Eggs and peanut flour was the only thing left so I have created this and let me tell you: “OMG, this recipe is perfect for my cut” and will make this fat killing journey more pleasant.

Ingredients:

150g of egg whites
Stevia
10g of Peanut flour ( you can substitute with whey protein, but macronutritients will change)

Whisk the egg whites on the highest speed and add 1/2 spoon of Stevia. Once done, slowly mix the peanut flour in and transfer into silicone mould and bake for 20-30mins. Once done let it cool and decorate with topping of your choice. I have used Reeses and strawberries.
