Jelly Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups

I had this recipe in my head for a while, but I’ve been short on time lately, so it took me a while to make it. Perfect as a bonus on your oats or just a snack. This recipe makes 8 cups.

Ingredients

65g 85% dark chocolate

80g Peanut butter

55g Strawberry jam

5g Coconut oil

20ml milk

30g chocolate whey protein

Melt the chocolate together with coconut oil, milk and add whey. Spoon into the bottom of a silicone cup and add peanut butter, jam and chocolate again. Repeat 7 more times. Store in the freezer and don’t try to eat all of them at once.
