As a flexible dieter I often hear people tell me that I either eat too healthily or that my piece of chocolate in my diet is irritating them.
Flexible dieting is not about only eating less nutritious food. You see I don’t say bad or good food, as there’s no such a thing. Once you say your favourite chocolate is bad for you, your brain will think it’s something that you can’t have and will want it even more. My meals are mainly homemade, nutritious foods, but I do leave a little room for some deliciousness, depending what my heart desires.
So I have decided to show you, how my normal day looks, well it will be probably 2 days. I’m a mega big fan of balance and that’s what I always preach to others too.
