Dangerous Nutella

You will fall in love with this recipe. I must admit, was a bit scared when I threw the hazelnuts into my cheap blender. At one point I thought it wouldn’t survive the journey of this nutella, but how wrong I was. The taste is amazing, and if you are like me and can’t keep an original nutella at home because it’s so tempting, then you must try this recipe. It’s not too sweet, but so tasty and filling too.

Perfect for bread, yoghurts or oatmeal. The recipe should make about 330g of nutella, where one serving is 11g. You get 30 servings out of this.

Ingredients:

200g of whole hazelnuts

10g of coconut oil

40g of 85% dark chocolate

Place your hazelnuts in to the blender, add coconut oil and blend, blend, blend. It will take a while.

Once it starts to look like butter, add the dark chocolate pieces and blend a bit more. You can add more coconut oil if you want the nutella be more spreadable.

Macronutritients per 11g: 57kcal, 5.3g fat, 0.7g carbs, 11.3g protein.
