The second Christmas recipe is for these easy-to-make gingerbread protein balls.
They are tasty and really good as a quick snack.
Ingredients (makes 12 balls)
60g vanilla whey protein
80g ground oats
50g almond butter
5g all ground spices (you can get gingerbread spices in polish shops)
20g flaked almonds
20g dark chocolate
5g coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients together and place in the fridge. Once firm, form small balls. Dip them in melted chocolate with coconut oil and sprinkle with almond flakes. Enjoy!
