Everyone who knows me is aware how big fan I am of peanut butter. I love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate crazily, so I have decided to create this cake.
If you don’t have a bund tray, just use the ordinary square one. It will work well in that too. If you don’t have a protein powder at home don’t worry, just use total 0% Greek yoghurt. I have tried both versions and they turned out perfect. I will list the breakdowns for both versions.
150g vanilla oats
50g unflavoured protein powder
1 medium egg
150g Greek yoghurt (I have used fat free one)
15g Cocoa powder
60g peanut butter
Mix the oats together with protein powder, baking powder and stevia, add the egg, yoghurt and milk. Pour half of the mixture in to baking tray and add cocoa powder to the other half of mix and pour into tray. Use a knife to mix it together and bake for 30 minutes. Once done, try and resist eatng it before it cools down. If you don’t have protein powder, you can bake this cake even without it, but macronutrients will change. Enjoy!
