Previously I tried to make some cakes with black beans but for some reason I couldn’t eliminate the taste of them, so never really experimented with them more. This past weekend I bought some canned beans and decided to give it another go. These flour-less and easy-to-make brownies taste amazing. Give them a go. This recipe makes 9 pieces.
Ingredients:
210g of drained black beans
1 medium egg
40g of unflavoured whey protein powder
20g of cocoa powder
20g of coconut flour
100ml of semi-skimmed milk
1 tablespoon of stevia
1/4 of tablespoon of baking powder
Decoration:
30g of Peanut butter
Rinse the beans over running water and blend together with milk and egg. Add rest of the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into the baking tray, sprinkle the peanut butter over it and mix together with a knife. Bake for 25 minutes on medium heath. Enjoy!
