Chocolate dessert

When you fancy something sweet this combination will never let you down.

Perfect as pre workout or post workout snack. Don’t forget one thing though, even if this is a healthier variation of dessert it still have got calories.

200g Total yoghurt
10g Chocolate protein powder
1 Banana (200g)
Water
15g Peanut butter

Mix the yoghurt with peanut butter and add a little bit of water if its too thick. Slice the banana, place half into the bowl, add yoghurt, rest of the bananas snd peanut butter.
