200g Total yoghurt
10g Chocolate protein powder
1 Banana (200g)
Water
15g Peanut butter

Mix the yoghurt with peanut butter and add a little bit of water if its too thick. Slice the banana, place half into the bowl, add yoghurt, rest of the bananas snd peanut butter.
