High carb day is fun day and it means that I’m coming up with new recipes. This one is easy one but tasty though. I have used 0% yoghurt because well, wanted to fit some “bae” peanut butter into the daily budget.
50g total 0% Greek yoghurt
25g protein powder
250mp boiled water
1g dark chocolate chips
15g peanut butter
Boil the hot water and pour over the oats, add slowly the protein powder and yoghurt, mix well. Decorate with fruits and chocolate chips and bake for 20-30 mins. Add peanut butter and enjoy!
